Clive is a Fellow of The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants. Starting out in practice, where he qualified, Clive subsequently moved into commerce and industry. He has worked for a number of businesses in various sectors, including leisure, manufacturing, business services and, research and development. The size of the businesses Clive has been responsible for vary from £5m up to £120m turnover.
Throughout his career Clive has managed numerous acquisitions and disposals, worked for a FTSE100 company and raised over £3m through a pre-IPO funding exercise. He has a wealth of experience in growth management, systems, controls, reporting, statutory and management accounts. Commercially astute he has managed high growth throughout his career, whilst guiding businesses to achieve their strategic objectives.
