The Website offers a portal for patients to pay their invoices online.  The service paid for on this website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/ user indemnifies and holds the Provider (Trust Health Ltd) harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of the service provided.

The personal information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility, is not kept by the Provider and is not sold or made known to third parties. Credit card details are not kept by the Provider under any circumstances. The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website) however incurred but may result due to lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.

Online Payment – Worldpay Payment Gateway
The Provider is responsible for transactions processed on the Website. All online credit card payments are processed by the Worldpay payment gateway.  Card Holders may go to to view their security policies.

Refund Policy
You may cancel a payment made on this website within seven days of making the payment by sending an email to quoting your invoice number, date of payment and the name of the person on the card. All refunds will be credited to the original card used to make the payment.
